Illustrative project infrastructure. Code in Git triggers CI/CD: tests, builds and publication of an image to the registry. Kubernetes uses the verified image. A database with backups, logs and monitoring supports operations.

What the customer wanted

Resolve library conflicts between six services and replace manual SSH deployments. Separate testing from production and establish a rollback procedure.

What I did

Prepared Docker images and Kubernetes configuration. Introduced tests, builds and approved deployments through CI/CD. Added infrastructure as code, access controls, shared logs, monitoring and a tested data recovery procedure.

180,000 CZK

≈ 7,376 EUR

Both amounts exclude VAT.

Indicative estimate: 120 hours × 1,500 CZK. Implementation includes handover documentation; hosting and ongoing care are separate costs.
